Once you place an order on our website, please allow up to 2 working days for us to confirm it.
Order Processing
After confirmation, your order will be processed and packed within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping
Once processed, we dispatch orders through our reliable delivery partners. Delivery timelines range between 7 to 15 days, depending on your location.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at riwaazrangofficial@gmail.com.
Please note: A 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment gateway charges.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defect
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at riwaazrangofficial@gmail.com with images and order details. -
Condition of Return Item
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue store credit or provide a replacement, as per your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing or Product Defect: If your product has a defect, report it to us within 12 hours of delivery by emailing riwaazrangofficial@gmail.com with pictures and your order details.
- New Order Required: To complete an exchange, you must place a new order on our website.
- Use of Store Credit: Store credit issued from a valid return can be used for your new order.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Email us your order number and reason for return at riwaazrangofficial@gmail.com.
- Approval & Address: Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address.
- Inspection & Store Credit: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue your store credit via email or apply it to your account.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in original condition. Used, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
